If he is hunched and not eating by morning, go to the vet. Waiting is the one thing you cannot undo.

How is the ventilation holding up? That was the one thing I could never get right on mine.

Soft droppings for the first week are pretty common from stress. Keep an eye on it but do not panic yet.

Mine was the same at 10%. It was 30% mixed with his old food that finally got him eating them.

Filling the whole base sounds nice in photos but it is a lot of bedding. One deep end has worked fine here.

Try soaking two pellets in water for a minute first, the smell changes completely and mine suddenly ate them.

Mine took about three weeks. What worked was cutting the pellets in half and scattering them in the bedding instead of the bowl.

Second the corner approach. I put a heavy hide on top of the deep part so it does not cave in when he digs.

Bowl is better for hydration but you have to change the water daily. Bottle is more forgiving.

The bedding-in-the-bowl problem is universal. I raised mine on a little platform and it mostly stopped.

Mine did exactly the same until I made one corner 25cm and left the rest at about 10. He ignored the shallow half completely.
